Job Description
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything up to handover. You compile the monthly supervision report and check the quality of the finish item by item right up to completion. You stand on site as the client, and you leave a record of every decision.
A Typical Day
The morning briefing and a walk of the site. Afternoons are for coordinating with each trade and issuing corrections. Late afternoon you write up the supervision record.
Team
Design & Supervision, 8 people. You are based on site for the duration of a project.
