Job Description

For your first year you work in a pair with a senior colleague on site surveys and documentation. From your second year you take on the planning of smaller projects. Practising how to put the reason for a decision into words starts from your first assignment.

A Typical Day

Mornings you join a senior colleague on site surveys. Afternoons are for writing survey reports and preparing the groundwork for financial documents. Twice a month you sit in on the meeting where progress across all projects is shared.

Team

Development Planning, 12 people. Graduates are assigned a mentor for three years.

Hours: 9:30–18:30 (flexitime, core hours in your first year) Holidays: Two days off per week (Sat, Sun, public holidays), New Year period, paid leave (10 days in your first year) Benefits: Full social insurance, qualification support, housing allowance (if your commute to head office is under 60 minutes)
