Job Description

You start by supporting the operation of existing buildings, then take on tenant negotiations from your second year. We ask you to understand not only the numbers but the business of the company taking the space.

A Typical Day

Mornings are for walking the buildings you look after and meeting the management company. Afternoons are for organising occupancy data and preparing tenant documents.

Team

Operations Planning, 9 people. Graduates are assigned a mentor for three years.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

Graduating from a four-year university or completing a master's programme by March 2027.

Licensed real estate transaction specialist. Internship experience in the property industry.

Working Conditions

Hours, Holidays & Benefits

Hours: 9:30–18:30 (flexitime, core hours in your first year) Holidays: Two days off per week (Sat, Sun, public holidays), New Year period, paid leave (10 days in your first year) Benefits: Full social insurance, qualification support, housing allowance
