Job Description
This is not about filling vacancies. It is about bringing in businesses. You understand a tenant's business, then design the right unit and the right timing. You also carry the operating data after completion through into the next renovation plan.
A Typical Day
Mornings are for meetings with prospective tenants. Afternoons are for showing space to agents and writing operating reports. Occupancy across every project is shared company-wide each month.
Team
Operations Planning, 9 people. You look after three to five buildings.
