Concept
An office tower on the eastern edge of the estate. The typical floor is shaped to be easily subdivided, so companies at different stages of growth can sit in the same building. Shared meeting rooms are placed on every floor.

A nursery and a clinic occupy floors one to three. Both are open to people living nearby as well as those working here, so the flow of people does not stop on weekday evenings or at weekends.
