A multi-tenant logistics facility serving as a relay point for distribution across the Tokyo region.
We prioritised the thermal environment inside and the quality of the break areas, answering the difficulty our clients face in finding staff.
Features
A canteen and lounge occupy the top floor. A break room with windows is unusual in a logistics building, and it has helped retention since operations began.
