Concept
A multi-tenant logistics facility serving as a relay point for distribution across the Midlands. We prioritised the thermal environment inside and the quality of the break areas, answering the difficulty our clients face in finding staff.
Features
A canteen and lounge occupy the top floor. A break room with windows is unusual in a logistics building, and it has helped retention since operations began.
