Concept
A mixed-use building in the Minato Mirai district. To keep something of the former warehouse quarter, we preserved part of the existing structure and built around it. The programme comprises retail, offices and a hall.
Features
The preserved brick wall now forms part of the interior of the retail space. Because it was kept rather than demolished, the building sat comfortably in the district from the day it opened.
