The Grand Arco Hotel, which we developed, has received a Good Design Award.

The jury recognised the generous dimensions of the guest rooms, all over 30 square metres, and the top-floor lounge that is open to people who are not staying at the hotel. They noted in particular that the project opens a private space out to the street in a form the city can use.

We believe the result comes from folding the operating plan into the project from the site selection stage and staying involved through interior design supervision. We will continue working towards buildings that remain in use as part of a neighbourhood for a long time.
