Construction began today on the mixed-use development at Canary Wharf for which we serve as project owner.

About the scheme

The scheme is a 38-storey complex combining offices, a hotel and retail. At the lower levels we are building a public walkway that connects to the surrounding estate, improving how people move through the district as a whole. The office floors above are column-free, so that units can be reconfigured as a tenant's business changes in scale.

We handle every stage ourselves: land acquisition, planning, design supervision, and operation after completion. Completion is scheduled for roughly four years from now.
